Custom songs are non-refundable
Custom song gift packages — including personalized lyrics, song production, and related add-ons — are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed, because work begins promptly and the deliverable is created specifically for you. This is stated at checkout (including in your PayPal invoice) and in our Terms of Service (Section 3A).
Monetary refunds are not provided based on subjective creative preference after the initial version has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds for technical failures and billing errors
After payment, your package is activated and song production can begin right away — there is no separate window to cancel before “fulfillment.” You may be eligible for a full refund or account credit only if:
- ToneTote cannot deliver your purchased package due to a technical failure on our side;
- payment was charged in error or duplicated; or
- a refund is required under mandatory consumer protection law.

Up to five complimentary revisions
If the initial delivered song does not reasonably meet your expectations, we will provide up to five (5) complimentary revisions per purchased song package.
- How to request: Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account within 30 days of delivery. Include specific feedback (lyrics, delivery, tone, tempo, arrangement, etc.).
- Scope: Revisions cover reasonable adjustments within your original order brief. They do not include an entirely new concept or a different recipient unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Timing: Each revision is typically completed within 1 business day, subject to queue and complexity.
Once five revisions have been provided, our revision obligation for that order is fulfilled. We will work in good faith to help you receive a song you are happy to gift.

Damages or delivery issues
Please review your song upon delivery and contact us immediately at [email protected] if:
- The song file is incomplete, corrupted, or technically defective
- The deliverable is materially incorrect relative to your confirmed order details
- There is any technical issue preventing access to your download
We will evaluate the situation and provide a corrected file, revision, or refund/credit where appropriate.

Add-on purchases
Spotify placement and memory video add-ons follow the same non-refundable policy once the add-on work has started. Contact support before production begins if you need to change your order.

Approved refunds — processing time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
